hi, all!  i'm having some issues with my chocolate modeling clay figures getting condensation drops on them after i put them on frosted cupcakes and stored in a plastic cupcake holder.  however, when i put the figures on my frosted cakes, which are stored in a paper box, there are no problems.  are the condensation drops related to the plastic container?  any help would be much appreciated!!  thank you in advance!

No expert here, but I would say so. I had a similar problem with ganache-covered eggs this season. Could it be that the modeling clay was stored under refrigeration as well as in plastic, as opposed to the paper which may have allowed in more oxygen.
