I agreed to do a cake for a friends wedding. I always say I am not doing any more cakes until someone else calls my phone off the hook. Well she brings me a box mixes. I have used chocolate, yellow or white and modified it so layers would hold but, each mix is different. I am looking at Pillsbury Key Lime cake mix. I am dong a 2 tier cake. Any advice on what to do about modifying this to hold layers...
