AI'm making a wedding cake on Saturday that is both cream cheese and buttercream frosting (crusted). I know The cream cheese has to be in the refrigerator for health reasons. My question is will the frostings stay crusted even if I put them in the refrigerator and will I be able to put fondant accents on them without them slipping off? Thank you for any help!!

they'll be fine, I refrigerate every cake and nothing happens to them.
