Commercial Kitchen in IL

Hi Everyone,

I'm from Chicago and here you can't have a home cake business. However, I have found a licensed kitchen but charge $25 an hour. They do offer a discount if you use the kitchen regularly. I think for me is a bit much icon_sad.gif . Is anyone from Chicago that knows of a licensed kitchen at a resonable price? Or has a licensed kitchen willing to rent it? I want to go legal and right now I'm not doing any cake decorating.

Just saying Hi BeautifulCakes,

I am from Chicago but i'm currently living in Germany. I wish I knew the law of having a Home Cake Business there because I was thinking of having one when I got back, but I guess not. But keep trying and don't give up.
