i'm stumped! icon_eek.gif i have an order for a retirement cake for 50 to 60 people. my problem is-i don't know what to charge. i'm thinking of maybe $65.00. they don't want nothing fancy, just the usual store-bought looking cake. what is a fair price?...and what size sheet pan(s) should i use? icon_confused.gif i don't know if i should use two 1/4 sheets, which would be fair to charge $65.00 since i normally charge $30.00 for a 1/4 sheet, but will that feed 50 to 60 people? if i put two 1/2 sheets together then i would be getting short-changed. should i also mention this is a last minute order!!
