I have a alcohol-infused cupcake business (Drunken Cupcakes :) ) my newest one is a  Monkeys Lunch which is a chocolate coffee liqueur cupcake with banana liqueur IMBC. It is delicious. BUT the smallest detail that completes the flavor is a nesquik drizzle. I tried using a ganache or milk chocolate drizzle but the flavor wasnt right. However, I don't like the look it gives as the syrup tends to pool and run. Is there any way to prevent that and make using Nesquik prettier?

I have just bought a product called 'Thick N Cold Powder'.  Haven't used it yet but it is supposed to thicken liquids to the point where you can pipe them without using heat and whilst retaining the color and clarity of the liquid AND without any gummy mouthfeel.  Most of that is off the back of the bottle.
