Hi everyone just have a question here. I admit my writing on cake is  poor and I use molds or cuts my letters out of fondant for my cakes , i am making this cake for a customer an 8 inch and the customer  requested this message , happy birthday my love "hamad  theththa"  i have used a different name and not my customers but just to show the length of the message .  i don't think its possible even if i can write fine on a cake but I am no pro , what are your thoughts ?

i could get that on writing small--but you can also use the board--maybe put either the hamad thetha part or the my love part on the cake board--you could offset the cake on the board to make enough room--

if the cake is tall enough and you're using cutout lettering you can certainly use the side of the cake too--

you could make a fondant banner and write part or all of it on that and prop it up on top or arrange it on the bottom border area

you can get that piped on there--you're a good piper--assuming that's your cake--scoot the roses over--make three lines of type and put a couple rose buds under the last line to draw the roses back through the design--

you could also have a few rose buds peaking out through the basket weave too-- a few leaves a tendril or two viola--

you got this

i've had to put 8-10 names on a 7"--we had this (come to find out)  therapist who would buy cakes all the time to celebrate  anniversaries of the former addicts under his care with the number of the anniversary--and we had to get it exactly right too--

happy birthday ben, 1; carrie, 2; sam, 1; george, 4 etc.

he came in about ever week or so

Now that's cool. Something to celebrate indeed.
