Hello wanting to make this cake for fathers day . But was unsure on what to use for the foam top? Cream was a option but it would have to keep refrigerated so thats a no no. Also merange was a option but it would need to go in the oven. So im at a loss on what I could use? Any help would be appreciated Thanks x
