AHi everyone,
I love to bake cakes and do really well with decorating large cakes, etc. I normally have no issues, but I recently (last night) tried to make a large vegan white sheet cake. Turned out to be the biggest flop in cake baking that I've had - hopefully the biggest I'll ever have!
I've made chocolate vegan cake successfully - in a smaller capacity (3 layer 8-inch cake). I'm concerned that the problem with the white cake I made may be because I scaled it to a larger size.
Do any of you know of any good vegan cake recipes (I'm willing to go with any flavor now, just as long as it tastes good and has a good texture!) that will work for a.) decorating and b.) large scaling?
I'd appreciate any help that I can get!
