Could anybody guess what size tiers these are?  I'm thinking 12, 10, 8 and 6 .....but the top two look almost too close?  Maybe because the second to the top is shorter...it throws it off.  Not sure.

Yikes...I did that wrong.  The cake is posted in the new cake gallery and this is NOT my cake.  The customer sent it to me...here's the link which is probably what I should have done in the first place...sorry.  http://suhaag.com/weddings/ombre-metallic-tall-towers-wedding-cake-trends-this-year/  Like I said...I'm just trying to get a grip on the tier sizes.

That's what it looks like to me too. The bottom and 3rd tier look like normal 4 inch height and the other two look like their probably 6 inches high.

I would guess that the tiers are 4, 6, 8 and 12.  The tier with the ruffles is going to get substantially wider than a normal 8" tier just because of the volume of the ruffles.  You need a larger tier on the bottom to look proportional.

Thanks Dani.  I hadn't thought of that.
