There's no way that you'll find an answer for how much to price your cakes by asking people what they'd pay. Of course people will say they'd pay far less than you need to charge, people are cheap.

You need to figure out your costs including materials, insurance, licensing fees, utilities, advertising,e tc etc etc, then add some in for your time and profit, and that's your price. This will all depend on what you think your time is worth, what your market will bear, what materials you're using, etc. Nobody online can tell you that, you'll just need to figure it out. There's software that you can get to help, but I haven't used anything to recommend...
