So, other issues with my cake aside, I am wondering why the pink fondant turned out so pock marked. I used the same recipe for all the fondant (from Artisian Cake Company http://artisancakecompany.com/2012/11/the-best-marshmallow-fondant-recipe-ever/) and I rolled it out using The Mat. The white fondant turned out smooth...what could happened with the pink?
