I know this has been asked 1,000 times and the answer is yes, you can freeze cakes, wrapped in plastic wrap. Can someone just reassure me my moist cake wont stick to the plastic wrap after it thaws?
Thanks

AIt might a little bit but it won't tear chunks out or anything like that.

Agree. Also, plastic wrap is somewhat porous. It's fine for short term freezer storage, but for longer than a week it's best to place the wrapped cakes in foil, plastic bags, or a large tub.
