Looking to purchase high-ratio shortening locally in Maryland.  This is the first time I'll be using it so I just want to test with a little.  If I like it, I'll need a lot more for 3 huge cakes I'm making in the near future.

Any recommendations, suggestions?

AYou can purchase hi ratio shortening from bakers kitchen. You can buy 4lb tubs or larger. Their prices are very reasonable.
