Hello!

I am just wondering if anyone has any advice about using Sugarveil in dry climates, I tried it and it went compleatly rock hard and cracked. I've altered the water ratio and had some mixed results. But I am just wondering if there are tricks anyone knows?

Furnace heat also makes for extremely dry air in the winter. You can place a folded, wetted towel or absorbent pad directly under mat to increase working time when cutting delicate SugarVeil shapes prior to placing onto a cake:
