AIm doing my 1st 3 tier wedding cake. Its a red velvet cake cream cheese icing covered in fondant with a purple satin ribbon as a border and real flowers as a topper. Does anyone have any helpful hints. Im nervous but excited!!

I thought that many people have said that fondant does not react well with cream cheese frosting. You'll need to check that out. Also you'll need a shelf stable cream cheese frosting. I don't use the stuff on wedding cakes.
