AHi all, I'm new to cake Central and cake decorating and I was wondering what I should be charging for a cake like this? It is 6 inch, 9 inch and 13 inch. Let me know what you think? Thanks!
If you do a search on how to price in the search area you will find tons of advice. No one can actually tell you how much to charge. You have to take into account many things. How much it cost you to make by knowing exactly the cost of all materials just for this cake, how long it took you to make, add in for your suplies used, EVERYTHING. How much other bakers charge and price as not to undercut other bakers in your area. Not being snarky but as I said if you do a search you will find tons of information on pricing.
This is a very expensive and time consuming cake, make sure you charge enough for your labour.

Costs are what tell you how much profit you made. They don't determine price. If you can't sell a cake for a good profit, then you know this isn't a good town or time for a cake business.
It is unconscionable to undercut, but you don't even have to worry about whether you do the "right thing" Because it's unreasonable behavior to sell your cakes for less than their value.
