What To Do To Sell Under Cottage Food Law?

I have been selling cakes for about a year now & I recently just saw this Cottage Food Law...what are steps to get to sell cakes/baked goods under this law? HELP PLEASE!

No one can really help you with this if you aren't going to supply your location either on your profile or in your question. Cottage Food Laws vary from state to state.
