I have 2 dozen cookies I need to box, but the royal is not rock hard.  When one is placed on top it crushes the icing.  How do you box them.  They have sat for 36 hours but with the rain and melting snow...Thanks for your help

If I had to box them for delivery (or pick-up) and the icing was not cooperating, I'd reluctantly set them in a single layer, using as many boxes as necessary.

Thanks.  I used a 1/2 sheet box.  I had about six that did not fit so I added some parchment and bubble wrap before adding the remaining cookies.  Worked great.  Customer will take them out when she get home.  Thanks again.
