Hi!

I wanted to buy myself alphabet cutters for the cakes that i make. Is the clickstix cutter worth getting or is there a better company that i should get?

Also their video on youtube says the cutters are best used with mexican paste. I've never used it. i usually just use fondant or gum paste. will these cutters work well with these materials? please let me know!

thank you!:D

AThey are great. You can use fondant, you just need to roll it thinly.

thin an slightly dry IMO. if the fondant/paste is too soft they won't come out. if that happens, let the sugar paste dry out for 30 minutes or so, after you roll it out, then cut your letters.
