Im planning to order Hi ratio shortening online. I previously ordered a 3lb tub from kitchenkrafts for 12.95 plus shipping, but it is a bit pricey. What brand hi ratio shortening do you guys use and which website do you order from? Where can i find the best price. Have you guys ever heard of Super Hymo? Its from Foodservicedirect,com. Its $62.75 for 52lb but shipping is 50 bucks. But only averaging 2.25 per pound which is better then kitchenkrafts. But im new to this and unsure which brand to order. Hope to hear back from you all!
