That's a very pretty cake! if you look up Cake Pricing on here, you'll find lots of threads with info that answer this question already. What you charge depends on your costs (ingredients, time, labor, wage, rent, utilities, etc). For example, a $1,000 cake in New York might only cost $500 down south. Using a spread sheet like Excel might be helpful to price everything out.
