I purchased some edible cupcake images from amazon for my daughters birthday.  I didn't think much about it before I purchased them which is probably bad.  My daughters birthday is about two months away so I was curious if these will keep that long?  I have never used edible images before. 

They should be fine, as long as you keep them in the packaging they came in, and keep them in the dark too so they don't fade. Store them at room temp. They shouldn't go mouldy or anything, it's just sugar really.
