Hi.  How would you stack this cake?  I'm most concerned about the bling layers below the 3 top tiers.  Is this done with styrofoam covered with bling?  If it is styrofoam, does it need to be doweled or will it support the weight of the cake.  If not styrofoam, what is the best way to stack this?

it is likely styrofoam cake dummies between each tier. Yes, the styrofoam will support the cake above it, but the cake below will not, so you will need to use a support system, throughout the entire cake. I would use the SPS and have it go right through the cake and the foam, as if it were all one layer.
