AI have just recently started my own cottage food cake business. I am starting my PME Master classes in 2 weeks. So excited. I have been doing research on support systems. I am debating between stress free and cake stackers. The cake stackers look incredibly supportive but puts tons of holes in the cakes. The stress free looks easier to level and puts less holes in the cakes but does not look as supportive. What do you use or recommend and why?

AI have never understood all that fancy expensive stuff. I just use plastic poly dowels. Some ppl even use plastic bubble tea straws.

I love the cake stacker system. I have transported three and 4 tier cakes with many decorations on them and they arrived at the destination without anything falling off. I am terribly impressed with this system.
