Hi! I have a bride who would like a three tier cake (6/10/14) - preferably all white with one tier in BC rosette, one with random swiss dots, and one with swirls. I've tried finding a picture with these three designs together but can only find a combo of two of the techniques. I personally prefer a symmetrical look and would prefer for at least two tiers to be rosettes but she really wants all three designs (and yes, I know I need to honour my customer's wishes!). The topper will be a cluster of gum paste roses. Has anyone done a cake similar this and would have a picture you could share? Thanks!

I haven't personally done one but I can envision it. Did you ask the bride if she had an inspiration photo? Have you tried sketching it up to see what you come up with?

Even if you can't find an image of a cake with exactly what she's asking for, you can find images that are close or have mixed techniques on each tier and use them as inspiration

I could see the bottom of this one being rosettes

these two also have mixed designs along the lines of what you mentioned

Wow! Thanks so much for your quick response! The bride did send me some pictures but she was all over the map. I really like the first and last cake that you included links to. Thanks again!
