Hey guys,

I'm staying in the USA for a few weeks and want to take the opportunity to try out some of the ingredients that are hard (or impossible!) to find in the UK.

I need some help as most of the brands here aren't recognizable to me.... can anyone recommend an easily found bleached cake flour, please?
