I had a bride call me a few days ago who wants to set up a tasting. One of the flavors she requested was white chocolate cake with raspberry preserves. I've got the raspberry covered, but I've never heard of a white chocolate cake before. Does anyone have a good recipe they want to share?

HI, I'm new here and honestly haven't tried white chocolate but have seen a few recipes on the net.  Here is one that may work for you.  All reviews or notes say to make SURE you use baking chocolate, not the chips.  The second ingredient besides sugar should be cocoa butter.  Hope this helps.  Seems to have positive reviews.  Jenny

Best white chocolate cake recipe I've used is the one from the Cake Bible.  I think it's called Whisper Cake.
