Hello, had anyone ever use Gilster Mary Lee Silver White Cake Mix? It comes in a 5 Ln bag and is add water only? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have used the choc. mix.  I like it, but let pans set on counter 30 minutes or longer before baking.  I have noticed a lot of air bubbles if I don't.  I follow the directions and add 12 eggs and 1/4 cup of oil to the 5 lb bag.  I find it is a bit dry and crumbles without it.  I have used both ways, and I love it for sheet cakes.

Thanks

Do you use it to make individual 8 or 9 inch round layer cakes?

where do you purchase the gilster cake mix? I've been trying to find it.. I searched the website and they don't offer all the products on the online shopping.
