Hi dose anyone have a good recipe done with fluff or any marshmallow cream that will not run I live on an island can somebody help please ?

AStart with an Italian meringue buttercream but don't add the butter. I use Warren Brown's recipe which you can find on YouTube.

Actually, the marshmallow cream recipes call for a significant amount of butter, making them turn out very similar to an IMBC, so they're not heat stable. I only use my recipe during colder months. I make AMBC with hi ratio shortening when temps go above 80F.
