Wow! $45. That's extremely low. For your own sake, I have a suggestion. I would stop taking orders until I get a good solid understanding of how to price out your cakes. Charging that low not only affects you, but it could have an effect on the market in your area.
Seriously no offense intended. I researched and practiced techniques for 2 years before I opened. It takes time to get it right. If you're struggling with pricing you aren't ready just yet.
