Hi all,
I was wondering what your favorite type of candy making pan was. I have one large pot that I use for caramel and jelly, however it's too big to do little batches with and a pain to clean up afterwards. I do have several small older pots, since I save our newer pots for dinner-type cooking. But was just curious what you candy enthusiasts use as your most favorite pot.... copper, stainless steel, etc. Do you have a favorite brand as well?

One more thing, is there a nice trick to cleaning up after all that sticky goodness besides a good hot water and soap bath?
