I remember an older Betty Crocker Book having a banana bread recipe that calls for 1/3 shortening and 2 tbsp milk.  This is a dense bread and everyone loves it when I make it.  I had it written down and of course lost it and can't seem to find the same recipe online.  I found one with the shortening but no milk and made it and it wasn't the same at all.  Does anyone know of this version of banana bread recipe?

please email me back directly at [email protected].  Thank you all
