Can anyone tell me what type of greenery (around the border of each tier) this is? The mother of the bride sent me this photo- this is the cake that the bride wants. I cannot find the name of this greenery and its driving me crazy! Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm also thinking these could be bay leaves - only because I found this other pic by Jose Villa.

Could it even be rosemary?

I think it's too big to be rosemary, and wow I can't imagine that on a cake!  I can pick some up and have the smell on my hands for hours.

I have olive trees in my yard, and they look exactly like those leaves.  Green on top, kind of silvery on the bottom.  Pretty in bouquets.

what pops first in my mind is olive tree leaves...
