Hi,

I need advice on the best way to accurately reproduce a logo in fondant or gum paste.

Thanks.

AWell...many ways? Depends on the logo exactly, which method will be best, easiest, most accurate. I decide when I take a good look at it.

AWell let's see...you could print out the white background that the lettering is on, cut that out in one piece and paint in the letters, that's probably what I'd do. Possibly the same for the rest as well. That way you get that very necessary white outline without having to do too many methods.

Your approach sounds really good. Would I paint it with black gel color?

How big is it going to be...will it be right on a cake or a plaque?
