The last blog was in 2005, I would imagine prices have changed. Is the "pricing matrix" still working for today's standards? I am looking for cakes, for pricing on all the gum paste flowers on the cakes now, as well as cupcakes with gum paste flowers and fancy cookies for the home/hobby almost business.
Any help will be helpful!
