I'm making a cake that is not going to be covered in fondant, just in ganache and buttercream and was wanting to know is it best decorated shortly before it is needed or early the night before or early morning. The party starts early night 6;00pm and I will be there an hour before it starts. Most of the cakes I have previously made, I have made the night before and decorated in the morning but they never contained ganache.

Thanks
