I have a three tier cake that im making for my sister, Im trying to space things out because I have a very little kitchen, and i have to make 6 cakes , enough fondant to cover it, mint white chocolate buttercream for the filling of the largest tier, buttercream for the dam and crumb coat and the fillings for the two other tiers...

I need advice on how i can space this all out and still have it as fresh as possible for the shower.

thank you everyone in advance for your help

AYou can make it several months in advance and freeze it. You can do the same with your cake and fillings too, as long as your fillings aren't custard-based. Custards can separate when frozen. Just make sure you wrap everything well and thaw in the wrapper at room temperature.

With the buttercream, double bag it in freezer bags and whip it before you use it.
