Hi! I want to make a carousel cake for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. My idea is to have a 10' bottom tier with a carousel on top of it. Im going to be using chocolate carousel horses.  I want the carousel to turn. Any ideas of how to achieve this? I haven't decided if I'm going to use Wilton's carousel kit or if I'm going to make my own.
