Ahiii, im new these forums and i would love some help with cocoa powder for a chocolate cake, i would like opinions on Hersheys cocoa powder vs nestles cocoa powde.

Using cocoa powder can be difficult only because everyone tells yous different amounts to use. I find that I always have to up the amount of cocoa powder that a recipe calls for. But I always use Hershey. It is richer and more tasteful. Good luck!
