Does anyone know first hand, how far in advance you can make chocolate covered strawberries. They are to be made for Valentines Day Treats.

i make mine same day--as close to service as possible

I was addicted to the Hokey Pokey, but I turned myself around.

I do the same as K8. Berries begin to break down the moment you wash them and not only could doing them far in advance lead to a mushy strawberry, the berries could also contract to the point it cracks your chocolate. I make them for my daughter frequently and two days tops is all I have gotten out of them.

Thanks for both of your responses. I'm going to try and experiment with them.
