A friend of mine has asked me to make these flowers as cupcake toppers for her baby shower. They are lovely and originally designed by The Pastry Studio.
I have never really attempted gumpaste flowers and wanted to make sure I'm on the right track before I commit. I'm thinking these are made either with single rose petal cutters or the 5 petal PME cutter and then layered together (I'm leaning toward the 5 petal cutter). The center I'm okay with.
What do you all think?
