How much extra do you typically charge if someone orders cupcakes (for a wedding) and wants to "mix" the flavors. For example (100 chocolate with vanilla frosting and 100 Vanilla with chocolate frosting).....

ANothing. People can technically order one flavour per dozen, so they could really order 5 flavours. Especially for a big wedding order, 2 flavours is our dream come true lol .

yeah no extra. I expect them to want a selection. Depending on the number I limit the amount of flavors they can have. 

For 200, that would probably be about 4.

AI would limit it to four flavours.

Usually when I have a large order of cupcakes, cake balls, or even a large cake, I will base the number of flavors on the amount I can get out of one batch.  That way I won't have a lot of batter remaining after each flavor is made.  If I get 2 dozen from one batch and they want 6 dozen, they can only have 3 flavors, if they want 10 doz. they can have 5 flavors, and so on.  Hope this makes sense.
