Hi there,

I live in Vermont and I was just wondering if there are any Vermonters here that have gone through the home bakery inspection?  I'm slowly getting all my ducks in a row to get my inspection done and I was just looking for some insight from other Vermont bakers.  Any helpful tips from other states are also appreciated!
