AThis will be the first cake that I'm actually doing for money. I am so lost trying to figure what to charge. She wants a 12x18 two layered sheet cake filled with chocolate ganache and iced with buttercream icing. Plus twelve chocolate cupcakes on the side. Please help me. I'm out of my depth with this. I've done cakes for years but this is the first I've charged someone.

So you're not going to decorate it? Just a plain cake and plain cc's? For me that would be like kitchen cake which would be $165. But the thing is I don't sell kitchen cake without a decorated cake, so alone, it would be $330. (both include the cc's)

AThey want a local ball team's emblem on the cake in buttercream, but its simple. Its looks a seagulls head.
