Has anyone ever purchased cake mix from US Foods if so what brand it is that they carry., Here in charlotte we have a US Foods chef's store which is open to the public and the last time I was in there I saw that they have had some 5 pound boxes of cake mix but I am not sure of what the brands were. I think it was two different brands and one of them might had said Monarch but when I search online I can not find a Monarch cake mix. I know monarch is a food service provider/distributor.

I've had to use them at a large banquet hall and they were the worst tasting mixes I've ever tasted. I don't know who manufactured them. I believe US Foods was just bought by Sysco......so that may change things.
