I am new to this website but couldn't find this topic covered in any of the forums.I have a bakery that specializes in basic cupcakes, cakes and cookies.  I use a ton of unsweetened chocolate in my cakes and cupcakes.  Do you know where I can get a basic baking chocolate in bulk?  I don't need anything fancy -- just something like Hershey's unsweetened chocolate.  Thanks for any help!

wow i'm stunned--in all of my 62 years i've never seen the unsweetened hershey bar before--how could that be?

and with hershey's milk chocolate being my favorite chocolate bar of all time--live and learn--wow shocker there ;)

but i would either ask my product vendor if you have an established relationship with one--or get one established--or just order a case from your local grocery store or big box store--of course you can order chocolate online--but ordering from the local store saves shipping--ordering through your vendor saves tax and shipping--

best chocolate baking to you
