We've been working on pricing this a cake ball wedding cake.  I'll attach a picture of the inspiration of the bride & groom, but they (of course) want changes.  

1.  They only want the 12", 10", & 8" of this picture In only 

3 different shades of purple dark on bottom to light on top.

2.  They they want a 6" cake (not cake balls) on top to freeze for their 1st anniversary.  

We are having trouble pricing the cake ball part of the cake.  

Here are the uncertainties: 

We estimate 175 cake balls for the 3 layers they want????

We have NO idea how many packages of melting chocolate to get!

We also THINK that we would buy orchid melting chocolate and add white to it to lighten the shades??
