Recook Ganache?

AIve prepared my ganache and chilled it but just noticed it has tiny bits of chocolate still in it. Is it possible to recook it on a double broiler (I initially made it in the microwave) or will it get spoilt?

You can warm it up (don't over heat it) until liquid again in the microwave (easier than a double boiler). Stir it good and if there still are lumps strain it into another bowl to eliminate them. Treat as normal.

Yes.  Lot's of work, but the smooth ganache is beautiful.

Yes, I agree.  I've learned and improved my decorating in leaps and  bounds from these fine decorators and bakers.  That's why I also support them by purchasing their books, DVDs, and products when I am able.
