I live in Southern California and was hoping to visit the Magic Line factory in Gardena to purchase some cake pans. I visited the factory for the first time probably about 4-5 months ago(?) but was planning on going back sometime next week. I called multiple times yesterday with no answer - it just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I read on a blog that someone had tried to visit the store twice in October but had found that the factory was closed for the day, each time she would come (she called and had the same problem as me). 

Does anyone know what might be going on with Magic Line? If any of you have an account with them, have you been able to reach them lately? I know I can easily go to a restaurant supply store or purchase the pans online but the pans are cheaper at the factory and I was going to see if I could open an account with them (I didn't have my paper work done during my first visit).
